What German and French Salons Buy
Professional salons in Berlin, Paris and Milan colour and lift often, so most of them buy full double drawn hair with the cuticle intact and keep single drawn hair for price-led retail (letter grades such as 10A–14A are vendor labels, not a standard). In Germany, questions about sourcing and traceability usually come first; in France, HD lace wigs and seamless tape-ins are frequent requests. Natural straight and a slight wave are the safest first textures for both markets.
EU Import: EORI, Duty and VAT
An EU business importing hair needs an EORI number and a VAT ID. The EU Common Customs Tariff charges 1.7% on HS 6703 and 2.2% on HS 6704.20, and both are 0% under the EU GSP general arrangement when the shipment carries a valid statement on origin for India. Since 1 July 2026 TARIC also lists a duty of EUR 3 per item on consignments with an intrinsic value up to EUR 150.
Import VAT is charged at the member state's standard rate: 19% in Germany, 20% in France, 22% in Italy and 21% in Spain.
Documents and Payment
Every EU shipment leaves Delhi with a commercial invoice, a packing list and the air waybill, with a certificate of origin on request. Send us your EORI number and VAT ID before dispatch so they are printed on the invoice. Shipments travel DAP by DHL Express or FedEx, so duty and VAT are paid on arrival. EU buyers can pay in euros by SEPA transfer to our euro account.

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale hair extensions, wigs and bundles?
Wholesale pricing starts from 20 pieces, with deeper volume slabs at 50 and 100+ pieces. Distributors ordering 100+ pieces or committing to monthly shipments receive our best per-piece manufacturer rate. Order a sample first to verify quality before confirming a bulk order.
Do you offer salon pricing for stylists?
Yes. Salons, extension studios and freelance stylists buying roughly 5–20 pieces per order receive a dedicated salon slab with mixed length and texture packs, batch-to-batch colour consistency and priority reorders.
