Yes. Orders are prepared in 2–3 working days after payment, then DHL Express or FedEx deliver door to door to Vidin in 5–7 business days, with tracking. Shipments travel DAP, so duty and import tax are paid on arrival.

Bundles, wefts, bulk hair and most extensions are declared under HS 6703; wigs, closures, frontals and toppers under HS 6704.20, and customs make the final classification. Bulgaria charges HS 6703 (human hair, dressed or otherwise worked): 1.7%; HS 6704.20 (wigs, hairpieces and other articles of human hair): 2.2% (EU TARIC, EU Common Customs Tariff, third-country duty). Goods of Indian origin: 0% under the EU GSP general arrangement when the shipment carries a valid statement on origin for India. Import VAT is charged on top at Bulgaria's standard rate. Confirm the rate in force with your customs broker before you price a shipment.

Mean temperature ranges from -0.2 °C in Jan to 23.7 °C in Jul (afternoon highs reach 31 °C). Relative humidity runs 65–89% through the year. In humid months human hair takes up moisture from the air, so wavy and curly textures loosen or frizz and straightened hair loses its set sooner. Seal the ends with a light serum after washing and let pieces dry completely before storing them. (WMO climate normals 1991–2020, Vidin station, 2 km away.)
