Highlight P4/27 Extensions to Friesland: freight, price and duty

Lengths and shades: 14" – 30" · P4/27 (Medium Brown + Honey Blonde highlights)
Import duty: HS 6703 (worked human hair): 1.7% in Netherlands (EU TARIC)
Care in Amsterdam: Monthly means 3.8–18.1 °C, humidity up to 91%. In humid months human hair takes up moisture from the air, so wavy and curly textures loosen or frizz and straightened hair loses its set sooner. Seal the ends with a light serum after washing and let pieces dry completely before storing them.
