Bundles, wefts and bulk hair are declared under HS 6703, and wigs, closures, frontals and toppers under HS 6704.20. Samoa charges HS 6703 (human hair, dressed or otherwise worked): 20%; HS 6704.20 (wigs, hairpieces and other articles of human hair): 20% (World Bank WITS (UNCTAD TRAINS), MFN tariff, 2020). Confirm the rate in force with your customs broker before you price a shipment.

We then issue a proforma invoice, you pay 100% in advance by bank transfer, card (Razorpay payment link), PayPal or Western Union / MoneyGram, stock orders are dispatched in 2–3 working days (made-to-order work takes 3–5 days of production) and DHL Express or FedEx deliver door to door in 7–10 business days, with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.

Samoa is in DHL Express zone 10 (Africa, Caribbean, rest of world) from Delhi. Freight is quoted on the proforma invoice by the shipment's chargeable weight, not as a flat fee, and it is always charged (delivery is never complimentary). Shipments travel DAP, so any import duty and tax are charged by Samoa customs on arrival and paid by the buyer.

Mean temperature ranges from 26.6 °C in Jul to 27.8 °C in Apr (afternoon highs reach 31.1 °C). In humid months human hair takes up moisture from the air, so wavy and curly textures loosen or frizz and straightened hair loses its set sooner. Seal the ends with a light serum after washing and let pieces dry completely before storing them. (WMO climate normals 1991–2020, Samoa Apia station, 2 km away.)
