How MOQ Really Works
A minimum order quantity exists because setup labour — sorting, matching shade, weft setup, QC and packing — is fixed per production run. Below a certain volume, that fixed labour makes the unit price uneconomic. Above it, each extra piece costs less to make, which is why factories quote in slabs.

Production Lead Times
Orders are prepared in 2–3 working days after payment. Custom lengths, textures and colours take longer, and branded packaging adds a sampling window; the dispatch date is confirmed on the proforma invoice. Always confirm the dispatch date in writing when you place a seasonal order.
Freight Options and Landed Cost
- Express courier (DHL/FedEx) — fastest, door-to-door, tracked; how Suvita ships wholesale orders, DAP (duty and import tax paid on arrival).
- Air cargo via forwarder — cheaper per kg at higher volumes, needs a broker at destination.
- Sea freight — only worth it for very large distributor consignments; long transit.
