Northern Europe: Quality and Traceability

Buyers in the Netherlands, Belgium and the Nordic countries tend to ask where the hair comes from before they ask about price. Ours is temple hair from South India, processed in our own facility in Delhi. Raw hair is single-donor, virgin bundles combine 2–3 donors and Remy 3–5 donors, all aged 20–30, so the answer to "whose hair is this?" is specific. For salon clients who expect long wear, buyers specify raw, virgin or Remy hair by donors and drawn ratio rather than a letter grade such as 12A–14A, which is a vendor label, not a standard; every Suvita quality lasts 3–5 years with proper care.

Import VAT and Documents

EU members apply the Common Customs Tariff and their own import VAT: 21% in the Netherlands and Belgium, 17% in Luxembourg, and 25% in Sweden and Denmark. Norway is outside the EU and applies its own tariff and VAT. Keep your EORI number active and send it to us before dispatch so it appears on the invoice. Wholesale pricing starts from 20 pieces, with deeper volume slabs at 50 and 100+ pieces. Distributors ordering 100+ pieces or committing to monthly shipments receive our best per-piece manufacturer rate. Order a sample first to verify quality before confirming a bulk order.
