What UK Salons Ask For
From salons in London to distributors in Manchester, UK buyers mostly ask for Remy hair (at Suvita, 3–5 matched donors aged 20–30) that holds up to heat styling and professional colouring; letter grades such as 12A–14A are vendor labels, not a standard. Micro-wefts, nano rings and tape-ins are popular for their discreet finish, and cool-toned blondes start from a #613 base that lifts cleanly and is toned in the salon.
Shade consistency matters more than catalogue size: stylists want the same level and tone on every reorder, which is easier to keep when one factory makes every batch.
Importing into the UK: EORI, Duty and VAT
When you buy direct from our Delhi factory you are the importer of record. To clear a commercial shipment you need an EORI number, which HMRC issues free through GOV.UK. Shipments travel DAP, so duty and import VAT are paid on arrival.
The UK Global Tariff charges 0% on HS 6703 and 2% on HS 6704.20, and both are 0% for goods of Indian origin under the UK tariff preference in force since 15 July 2026. Import VAT is 20%; VAT-registered businesses can account for it on their VAT return through postponed VAT accounting instead of paying at the border.
Paying in Pounds
UK buyers can pay in GBP by Faster Payments to our UK collection account, so there is no international wire. Card (Razorpay link), PayPal and Western Union / MoneyGram are also accepted. Payment is 100% in advance against a proforma invoice, and orders are prepared in 2–3 working days after payment.

Importing into United Kingdom: duty, VAT, delivery and payment
Official tariff readings for human hair (HS 6703) and wigs and hairpieces of human hair (HS 6704.20), with the source for each. Shipments travel DAP by DHL Express or FedEx, so duty and import VAT are paid on arrival. Orders are prepared in 2–3 working days after payment, which is 100% in advance.

Yes. Suvita Hair is a manufacturer and exporter based in India and we accept personal-use orders from 1 piece. Personal-use buyers are quoted retail-use pricing with colour matching support and door-to-door express delivery worldwide. Select "Personal Use" when you enquire so we send the correct price list.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale hair extensions, wigs and bundles?
Wholesale pricing starts from 20 pieces, with deeper volume slabs at 50 and 100+ pieces. Distributors ordering 100+ pieces or committing to monthly shipments receive our best per-piece manufacturer rate. Order a sample first to verify quality before confirming a bulk order.
Do you offer salon pricing for stylists?
Yes. Salons, extension studios and freelance stylists buying roughly 5–20 pieces per order receive a dedicated salon slab with mixed length and texture packs, batch-to-batch colour consistency and priority reorders.
Do you supply distributors and private-label brands?
We supply importers and distributors with territory pricing, reserved monthly production slots and complete export documentation (invoice, packing list, HS code, certificate of origin).
